Order Processing and Shipping

  1. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Processing takes 2-5 days.
  2. Shipping time is based on the method selected by the customer at checkout. All shipping times are an estimation and cannot be guaranteed.
    • Domestic: 2 - 5 business days
    • International: 7 - 14 business days
  3. The cost of delivery/shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. You can find our shipping costs at the top of this page.
  4. We currently ship to Kenya, East, West, Central and Southern Africa, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and the United States
  5. For items returned to GRP due to an invalid address,wrong order or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
  6. GRP does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service  or courier service to locate your order. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.
  7. GRP is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By placing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may arise.


  1. You can only return a product within 14 days from the fulfillment/delivery date. Damaged items, wrong orders and wrong sizes must however be reported/communicated within 2 days of receipt with photos attached to and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If not reported within 2 days, we will not issue replacements or refunds. GRP is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 2 day window of receiving the item. If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact within 2 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.
  2. GRP only offers store credit for returns. We only issue refunds or do replacements in cases where we do not have the desired product.
  3. Replacements due to mistakes or misjudgements on the customer's part (e.g. wrong size or color) will be charged 50% of the item price plus shipping costs where applicable.
  4. After 14 days from the fulfillment/delivery date, a refund cannot be offered.
  5. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, oduors, makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear) and in original packaging.
  6. Once our distribution center receives your returned order, please allow up to 10 days for us to inspect and process your return.
  7. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive an email with a digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned that can be used immediately.
  8. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  9. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  10. All returns must be correctly processed through: GRP items sent to our distribution center without a return done through will be discarded upon receipt.
  11. By issuing a return to GRP, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
  12. If the return does not meet the criteria above, the return will be rejected and discarded and a refund will not be issued. GRP will not return rejected merchandise.
  13. If you are returning a “gift”, you will need the order number and email address used to place the order.  
  14. GRP does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center. You must provide a tracking number when you return the order. 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered “final sale” and may not be returned or exchanged for store credit or a refund.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/Clearance items (as indicated on the product page)
  • Exclusive Drops
  • Products considered "Final Sale" (as indicated on the product page)
  • Accessories - including but not limited to hats, stickers, phone cases and other items


Because we cannot ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we do not offer exchanges.  

By processing a return through our Customer Support and sending your items back, you will receive store credit to make another purchase.  


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

GRP reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

GRP items sent to our distribution center without a return processed through will be discarded upon receipt and will not be refunded.
Similarly, GRP reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


How To Process a Return

By processing a return you acknowledge and have read our entire Return Policy and understand the terms.

  1. Please email to begin a return. Please include the order number and email address used to place the order.
  2. Wait for a reply from GRP with instructions on how the item will be collected.


  • Returns are valid only after 2 days since delivery
  • Refund are issued only if we do not have the desired  item
  • Return for wrong sizes on our side will be fully catered for.
  • Returns for wrong sizes on customers side will be charged 50% of the item cost plus shippment.
